Mr. Moore is a widely experienced transactional attorney with specialization in commercial real estate and construction law. He has extensively represented major electric utilities and independent power producers in a variety of project structures for construction of electric generating facilities and emissions control retrofit projects, including many variations of equipment purchase agreements and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements.
Mr. Moore has represented commercial real estate developers, investors, government entities, landlords, and tenants in virtually every kind of commercial real estate development, including multi-use projects, hotels, resorts, offices, retail shopping malls and neighborhood shopping centers, multi-family residential developments, build-to-suit projects, airport expansions and government privatizations.
His transactional experience has spanned purchase and sales, real estate financing, office, industrial and retail leasing, avigation (aviation) easements, air rights leases and ground leases.
Prior to joining Marshall & Lueder, Mr. Moore was a partner with a 650 attorney international law firm based in Atlanta, GA.
Mr. Moore served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971.
Mr. Moore is a graduate of Emory University (B.A. magna cum laude, 1968; J.D., 1974).
Mr. Moore has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest (AV) rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
Mr. Moore is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
